Types of paper bags:
- Zip-lock (or self-closing) PAPER BAG
- GUSSETED paper bag – paper pouch without a bottom fold, available with or without side gussets
- BLOCK-BOTTOM paper bag – paper pouch with a formed bottom, available with or without side gussets
- WINDOWED block-bottom or gusseted paper bag – paper pouch with a “window” made of 20-micron thick crystal-clear BOPP film
Printing options for paper bags
- Flexo printing with 1–4 colors (can be printed over the entire surface)
- Minimum producible quantity for custom-made bags, depending on type and size: 5,000–10,000 pcs
Raw materials for paper bags
- 35 g/m2, 38 g/m2 parchment-substitute paper (white)
- 35 g/m2, 40 g/m2 kraft paper (white, brown)
- 70 g/m2 kraft paper (white, brown)
Kraft paper:
High-strength, flexible paper with a crisp feel. Moderately grease-resistant. Used primarily for producing multi-layer, high load-bearing paper sacks and bags.
Parchment substitute:
Heavily refined cellulose paper with good stiffness and a closed surface, moderately grease-resistant, used as a raw material for producing small pouches and bags.
